These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Directly Lended website and services. By using this site, submitting the pre-approval form, or working with us to arrange financing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
01What Directly Lended does
Directly Lended arranges business financing through its funding partners. We are not a bank or a direct lender. We do not make credit decisions and we do not issue funds. We review the information you provide, lay out the options you may qualify for, and work with funding partners on your behalf to bring back offers.
02Who may use our services
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be seeking financing for business purposes only. We do not arrange consumer loans.
- You must be an owner or an authorized representative of the business, with authority to submit the information you give us.
03The information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, complete, and yours to share. You authorize us to share it with funding partners, service providers, and others involved in evaluating your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your request or cause a funding partner to decline it.
04No offer and no guarantee of funding
Submitting a form is a request, not an approval. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to fund.
Amounts, rates, and terms shown on this site are illustrative and are provided for education. Any actual offer comes from a funding partner, is subject to their underwriting and documentation, and is governed by the agreement you sign with them. A pre-approval, quote, or estimate may change or be withdrawn.
05Costs
Comparing your options through Directly Lended is free to you, and checking your options does not affect your personal credit. We may be compensated by a funding partner if you accept an offer. Any fees, costs, or charges tied to the financing itself are set by the funding partner and appear in the documents they provide before you sign.
06Communications
When you give us your phone number, you consent to be contacted about your request by phone, text message, and email, including by automated means. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving funding. See our Privacy Policy for details.
07Electronic records and third-party services
You agree to transact with us electronically and to the use of electronic signatures. Our full application is completed through our signing partner, DigiSigner, and parts of our service rely on other third-party providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
08Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or anyone else's information without their authority.
- Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not scrape, copy, probe, overload, or interfere with the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
09Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics, and logos on this site belong to Directly Lended or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own business financing needs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
10Educational content, not advice
Our guides, calculators, and explanations are educational. They are not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and they do not account for your specific circumstances. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Consult your own advisors before making a funding decision.
11Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular funding outcome will result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Directly Lended and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this site or our services.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Directly Lended harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the information you submit, your use of the site, or your breach of these Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
